offering

as i watch the movie, The Freedom Writers

i imagined the amount of strength, endurance and courage

that the teacher had to go thru against all odds

it is really amazing, such sacrifice..

mission so focused and with much passion and hope

a great movie, a powerful one

it spoke to me..

"the sun cannot compare

to the glory of Your love

there is no shadow in Your presence"

and i should

obey

where does my courage comes from

where does my strength comes from

look where

in whatever that i do

focus on pleasing God

live to please God
not self or men

praise Him

all the more

i will praise You

even when i'm downcast

even when i'm weak

even when chains are not broken

coz i know it will all be gone sooner

or later in that glorious day

there must be a purpose to all this

i trust in You

more than conquerors

You are here

You gave me strength

You sustained me

how awesome it is to know

that You are with me through it all

through joy,

through sickness,

through difficulties,

through uncertainty

You were there all the time

and You work all things for good

for those who love You

"And we know that in all things God works
for the good of those who love him,
who have been called according to his purpose."

challenges

Jesus walked on water

matthew 14:22-36

i think that walking on water

is something which is impossible to do

and after reading the scripture again

before Jesus walked on water

He actually prayed

i realized, that to accomplish anything

prayer is the key

God can perform miracle for us

"God will never call you to a task without

going with you to see it through.

He will provide all that you need."

not moving, till You move me

to just wait upon the Lord

and not making any move

until He leads me

just hold on, put it on hold

till He speaks

for these past few days

i've been struggling

but as i wait, and wait

i see that obedience produces fruits

"trust and obey"
