reading and prayer

i just smiled
as i browsed thru some of my old blog posts
those were the days..
yeah i do have another blog which i stopped
writing on it since the beginning of this year

and i just came back from prayer meeting
wasnt just a time of prayer
but also good to know what's happening
in our nation and in the real world

ok, i'm off to grab some books to read..
btw, i track books i have read using Google Books

run to Him

always refer back to Him

the One who holds all truth

when you are in pain, in hurting

in fear, in doubt

go back to Him

the God of everything

will comfort you

because He cares for you

seeking answers from tv, movies,

radio songs or friends who are like you

never really helps

because they too are confused

but God isnt, He is the answer

the way, the truth and the life

when you seek Him, you will find

He knows what you are suffering from

He can heal you

and also know that your brothers and sisters

in Christ around the world

is also praying for you

seek godly counsel

the way i respond

but i am disappointed with my speech

it is a blow to my heart

workload

i feel like it is all just passing me by

it is because i am so tired

and it has made me lost focus and blur

i feel like it is so heavy upon me

so many things in mind

work, church, myself, family, friends, anxieties

i barely have free time

i think i am trapped in this heavy work

i just wana rest

but honestly, God has been really good to me

although i have so much difficulty,

i know He is there

the finishing touch

it is thursday already

n i'm feeling good

besides wisdom, help n strength from the Lord

someone must have prayed for me

the project i'm working on at my workplace

went smoothly

yesterday this verse came

just at the time i needed it

"Suppose one of you wants to build a tower.

Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost

to see if he has enough money to complete it?

For if he lays the foundation and is not able to

finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule him,

saying, "This fellow began to build and was

not able to finish.' -Luke 14:28-30-

let us spur each other on

not alone even when i am alone

coz He is with me

not knocked down despite many challenges

coz the inward joy is ringing at every single beat of my heart

the joy filled by knowing Him

and the joy knowing that He is watching over me

and that every day is a gift from my Heavenly Father

God has sent me many surprises and blessings

He knows perfectly just what i need

i don't know what is ahead

but i do know that i have today

let me not live a life which is a showcase to others

and let me not live a life with idols and lust for worldly things

but to live a life pleasing to You and to only desire You alone

and that nothing can separate me from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus, my Lord

it is march, and flowers are going to bloom

God alone make it bloom

cant hide from You

He knows every little things about me

He knows how to teach me

He knows how to change me

i am so wounded

He just know how to deal with me

at the moment, i especially love this,

i was stopped by the police

he said i drove over speed limit

i didnt believe it

i told him i was driving real slow

coz i knew i drove below speed limit

told him to check again

and tell me about the result

he smiled and then... let me off

if i didnt keep track of my speed

i wud have been tricked by the police

this is to remind me to be watchful always

btw, i was wearing the Justice t-shirt !
