He was there all the time
when i was downcast
He spoke to me, He gave me joy
He picked me up from the darkness
when i was in fear
He calmed me
He gave me words of encouragement
life, and power
He is truly a living God
He is always present
in Him, joy is sufficient
down the road,
there might be a Red Sea
but God can part it for us to cross
give thanks to the Lord
for He is good
His love endures forever
